This is certainly not a disease so you need not to panic. These marks are sometimes caused by roughened and sharp edges of tooth and is termed a cheek bite.
If you feel that sharp edges of your teeth are causing it then you can get them smoothened by a dentist.

Hi..its called linea Alba of buccal mucosa. It happens because of cheek biting. Its not anything serious but go for teeth alignment to correct it by Orthodontist.
Regards
You are having a hyper keratinisation layer of the cheeks on both sides induced by cheek biting by the molars and premolars. Plz get it evaluated and ur teeth edges must be very sharp and uneven to cause this damage. Nothing to worry.. Just get ur bite checked and make sure u apply an antiseptic ointment like Dologel CT or Hexigel to ease the pain. Polish the edges of your teeth. Feel free to consult Laser Smile Care Centre anytime. God bless u always.
This line is a normal feature called linea alba which is present along the line of occlusion in everyone's mouth..more pronounced in some people so nothing to worry..just check if you are not having cheek bite ..if yes you can visit the dentist to get some sharp cusps adjusted..tc
Not to worry about this white line,it usually occur bilaterally n it is normally occurs on the cheek at the occlusal level r where both d upper n lower teeth meets r occlude.it occurs due to cheek bite r pressure r sucking n in technical term its called LINEA ALBA..
It seems that you have teeth grinding problem due to which your top teeth have worn out and become sharp which in turn is causing this biting of cheek. Consult your dentist. Are you on any medication?
