5 tablets of saridon would have caused sever gastric irritation so you have pain and vomiting. Better to take Inj PAN IV as soon as possible, this will reduce all your symptoms IV fluids is advised if you're not able to take fluids (ORS) orally.

For time being drink plenty of fluids. Maintain hydration. Did you took any pantoprazole ?. And if symptoms persist consult.

Did you take pantoprazole or any other antacid with it? If not taken, it can be acidity problem
