I hate taking medication but I'm desperate to take a Saridon at least once every month as I get an awful migraine at the onset of my periods. I believe Saridon has been banned in many areas. Can you suggest an alternative? I'm asking for SOS cases. Many thanks for your help!

The thing is that we first need to know what all things are triggering the attack and if we can find a way to prevent those that should be done first .
If it does not work only then u should take medicine and also the strength and frequency will depend upon how frequently it's coming
