Mood shifts between high to low almost once every week. Have slight symptoms of bipolar mood disorder. Are there any way to avoid this and have stable feelings? Thank you.

Hi, I would suggest that you get evaluated by a psychiatrist as diagnosing bipolar disorder isn't that simple so better to get a professional opinion. And generally the treatment plan for bipolar is medicines and counseling. I suggest consult a psychiatrist soon before getting stressed about something which might not be the case.
