Hi,
Please help me. I am having so much mood swings like if my mood is good it will turn so bad in aggression within seconds even on silly things which even not matter. I don't know why I become like that. My emotions changes and i realise later once everything ruined by me. I don't know why I misbehave with my loved ones if they care, talk and angry on me. I am always in angry mood. Always thinking about future.
Please let me know what should I do. I am evening working but instead of that I am aggressive.

Hello there. Sorry to hear of your difficulties. There appears to be some exploring to do before we can guide you further. Your mood swings could be related to an underlying mood disorder, personality related factors, previous life events or perhaps any ongoing stressors. I would suggest that you may need both counselling as well as medications to deal with this issue.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist/psychologist who could evaluate you further and give you appropriate advice.
