Moles on and near Penis
I have some moles developed near the root of penis and now on the shaft too since 3-4 years. Its neither painful nor any problematic but now as they are evolving and growing in size. I want medical guidance upon that. Is that something I should be scared of ?

Hi...these look like viral warts. This is usually acquired by sexual exposure and can spread depending upon the immune status of the person. You need to see a dermatologist close by at the earliest to get a cryotherapy. This is cooling the warts to minus 180 degrees with liquid nitrogen.
