Molar teeth pain and swelling
My grandfather aged 79 suffering from CKD and high blood pressure. He is suffering from molar teeth swelling and tremendous pain.Please provide some immediate medicines to stop the inflammation.

For swelling you can apply ice pack from outside mouth over effected area. Warm saline water rinses two to three times a day. Painkiller will give him temporary relief only, so consult with doctor online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

ice pack pressure Extra-orally over the swelling. Considering he won't catch cold. Undergo antibiotic coverage for infection control followed by automatic relief from pain/swelling.

Hello... You’ll have to consult a dentist for his pain relief. Medications will only cure the pain for few hours so it’s better to get his treatment done asap. For now you can give any pain killer available at your home whichever he takes often.
