Molar preganancy
After the abortion, the level of BHCG in the blood did not decrease. When I asked the doctors here, they said that it will gradually decrease. This week there are 100 more than last week. What should I do?

If it is rising then you need a D&C. The tissue should be sent for Histopathology.

After abortion it will take around 4-6 weeks for the normalisation of Bhcg values … and if it’s increasing it could be because of incomplete abortion, ectopic or molar pregancy … to rule out these conditions you need to get USG done ( TVS)
Next Steps
Counsult a doctor

It's better to get evaluated, if the levels are not coming down and in your case it has increased. You will need further scanning and treatment as this could be something similar to Molar pregnancy (we call it Gestational Trophoblastic disease/ neoplasia).
