Implant is one of the best forms of replacement with an good success rate. You should opt for an implant. Difficult to predict as if the patient develops gum disease or diabetes later in life it may affect the implant but those are unpredictable factors so should not worry about them too much

A suitable implant can be chosen for each case after analysing certain factors. They range from Immediate implant as less as one day to atleast 6-8 months . Implant fall out is rare. But if it falls off completely it is difficult to achieve the best at the same site again.
Next Steps
go for the treatment asap
