Dear Sir
the treatment for anxiety disorder is a combination of medication and psychological therapy. First you need a detailed evaluation by a psychiatrist to understand your condition and also to rule out any physical cause of your symptoms for eg thyroid abnormality. Medication used for anxiety belongs to different categories, the mainstay of treatment is antidepressant medication which is not addictive and sade to use. However it is started by psychiatrist only after an assessment. Please see a psychiatrist in person for further help.
Thanks
