I tool first dose of ARV Vaxirab. But it is not available now near my locality. What should I do? Is mixing of vaccine OK? Or does it have side effects?

Try to continue with same brand if possible and follow the schedule. If that particular brand is not available, you may switch the brand and continue with further doses. Do not discontinue the vaccination for this reason and no need to repeat the doses already given.
Next Steps
Take the next dose at the scheduled time. The first dose of the four-dose course should be administered as soon as possible after exposure. Additional doses should be administered on days 3, 7, and 14 after the first vaccination. For adults, the vaccination should always be administered intramuscularly in the deltoid area (arm).
Health Tips
The gluteal area should never be used for rabies vaccine injections
