It would be helpful to know why you had to take 22 ARV in four years. also, it would be good to know your occupation, so that we can work on a holistic plan to reduce exposure to animal bites and saliva.

As per your schedule u r under vaccine effect.
Listen if salivadiectly in mouth is route of transmission. But it's indirect.
So as it's three months n 5 days u can go for two dose.
