Missed period
I have been having tender breasts for the last 17 days now (usually have this symptom 10 days before my period). It started on 2nd Feb 2022 and my period was due on 12th Feb 2022. But, I have missed my period and its been 6 days of missed period and still my breast tenderness is continuing. Could I be pregnant? Apart from sore breasts and tiredness, I have no other symptoms. I usually have a 32 day cycle and apart from having PCOS my periods have been regular for the last 5 months.

Go for 'urine pregnancy test' to confirm pregnancy. Sore breast is a cause of hormonal change and it is nothing to be worried about.
Next Steps
UPT advised.
