Missed abortion
I was 9 weeks pregnant but when I go for 2nd check up my doctor said after 7th week no growth at all no heartbeats are there. Baby stick uppar side and dried. This was my first pregnancy. I have ulcerative colitis but I am on remission and no any medicine I am currently taking from last 2 years. Then what went wrong? My hemoglobin was 10.3 mg. But my WBC was showing little higher side than normal range. Other reports including thyroid n all was normal. Now I am so afraid for next pregnancy. Doctor said it was missed abortion. As there was no pain no bleeding at all till 9 weeks. My last lmp was 3rd Jan. Blood group O+. Please help what went wrong with my pregnancy?

The exact reason fr missed abortion is not known
Strt folic acid supplements 3 months prior to conception
Once ur pregnant extra medicines will be prescribed to help subsequent pregnant do fine
