Missed a period with leg pain

Asked for Female, 24 Years

I missed my period by 7 days. I have no period problems. but during some periodsy i get symptoms like stomach pain, one leg pain, back pain, pimples etc. This time i miss my period but had stomach, pain and nipple pain for some hours yesterday and now have one leg pain. Also i feel some pain during start of urine since 1 month. No sexual history.
