I was diagnosed with an anembryonic pregnancy on 18th Oct. Gestational sac size was 23 mm. I had one more scan today where it is 18.5 mm means it has started to shrink. Could you please suggest should I chose medicine or surgical route for miscarriage management? I had one miscarriage in May where medicine partially worked and I had surgical in end for RPOC. This is making me inclined towards surgical route directly but feeling anxious about risk it has scaring or perforation.
Kindly suggest what would be best considering my history and sac size.

You didn't mention the duration of your pregnancy.
For pregnancy upto 9 weeks first line of treatment should be Medical. If it fails or if you land up with RPOC then you have to go for Surgical procedure.
Will depend on weeks of pregnancy
In view of previous history you are adviced the surgical method
Under the hands of qualified doctor there risks are minimal
