Anembryonic pregnancy
My wife had an anembryonic pregnancy. The formation of gestational sac was normal but we didn't get a heart beat from the embryo. If there was a problem with the semen or ovary , would the gestation sac develop properly?

May occur  becoz of aging ovum  or  sperm getting fertilization

It happens mostly due to abnormal baby But better get basic tests done to prevent in future

Its early pregnancy failure. Can happen with poor quality of sperm or egg.
