Elbow fractures take around 4-6 weeks for full healing. Since the cast is removed you can start with assisted mobility exercises. Monthly routine consultations with your orthopedician, will ask to get your X rays done to see callous formation (bone healing)
Next Steps
Can start gentle mobility exercises, nothing aggressive to recover range of motion
Health Tips
Word of Caution: avoid any passive stretching or passive mobility
