Buckling of PCL indicates insufficient/ compromised ACL, but all depends on clinical symptoms like pain, instability. Some early injuries(Grade 1 or early 2) can heal as the parade on remains intact, higher grades don’t generally heal.
Next Steps
Consult online .

This problem is usually self healing. Since the injury is not very severe, it may usually heal with local fibrosis around the ligaments.
Next Steps
It would be better to avoid weight bearing, use a Long Knee brace for support, take analgesic, calcium, vit d, protein supplements for better and rapid healing...
Health Tips
Avoid sitting down, avoid heavy work, avoid Indian toilet
