Milk white lotion discharge in pregnancy
Hi Iam 27 weeks pregnant having white lotion discharge from many months ....doctor examined physically and said its yeast ,even though am using candid pesaaries while am feeling more and last month docter gave fluconazole but still same type discharge ,no itching,no smell .Is it yeast or normal pregnancy discharge .pls clarify.thanks.Is yeast harmful if i have no symptoms can i ignore it.

Itching is a hallmark of fungal vaginal infection
If there is no itching there is no fungal infection and hence fluconazole will not help
This looks like normal vaginal secretions
