White discharge with vulval itching that worsens when discharge occurs is most likely vaginal candidiasis (yeast/fungal infection) — very common and easily treatable. It is not a serious condition but needs proper treatment to resolve.
Next Steps
Apply Clotrimazole 1% cream (Candid cream) externally twice daily for 7 days. You can also use a Clotrimazole 100mg vaginal pessary at night for 3-6 days for faster relief. Wear loose cotton innerwear. Avoid scented soaps or products in the vaginal area. If the discharge turns yellow/green or foul-smelling, or if symptoms don't improve in 7 days, see a gynecologist. Consult me on Practo for further guidance.

So, most likely it is a candid infection as your typical history and symptoms suggest. U can apply candid B cream around the vagina  where u r experiencing itching, and use clingen forte vaginal pessary to be inserted inside the vagina before bed at night for 7 days.
Next Steps
consult me on practo after 7 days of course
