White discharge with vulval itching that worsens when discharge occurs is most likely vaginal candidiasis (yeast/fungal infection) â very common and easily treatable. It is not a serious condition but needs proper treatment to resolve.

Apply Clotrimazole 1% cream (Candid cream) externally twice daily for 7 days. You can also use a Clotrimazole 100mg vaginal pessary at night for 3-6 days for faster relief. You can wear loose cloths change your undergarments atleast twice
And don’t use and vaginal wash
Clean with normal water no soap

So, most likely it is a candid infection as your typical history and symptoms suggest.
U can apply candid B cream around the vagina where u r experiencing itching, and use clingen forte vaginal pessary to be inserted inside the vagina before bed at night for 7 days.
