Milk triggered irritable bowel syndrome
For the past 23 years i have been drinking milk daily twice a day.....but past 6 months whenever i drink milk i had to poop immediately.....what is the reason behind this immediate pooping after drinking milk every time? Kindly help

If you are not facing the same problem with other milk products like curd cheese etc, the problem is in the milk not you, as you have been taking it for very long time. Hope this helps.
Next Steps
Also look for if the problem is with cow milk or buffalo milk or any milk powder

Change the brand of milk that you are having. Surely you have not been having that brand for 23 years.
