  4. Milk teeth. And that's pretty rare!

My brother has milk teeth till now at the age of 12; he only had 1 tooth fall ( normally ) and 1 broke by accident in school He's also getting two teeths behind the milk teeth and that's pretty rare

Hi there ...it's not a rare condition... commonly seen at this age ... your brother is having both sets of teeth at present.. visit a nearest Pediatric dentist for a proper diagnosis and plan the treatment accordingly... Take care ..!!
