You need to visit a dentist immediately. An IOPAR/ OPG is advisable for investigation and the mobility of the teeth will be assessed before proceeding for the necessary treatment. He would need antibiotics and pain killers for atleast 3 days and diet modification, i.e. a soft diet for the next 5 days.
