Consult with a dentist
Online now
Please consult a dentist immediately, preferably a pediatric dentist. Treatment plan will be decided after taking an xray of these teeth. It's a myth that milk teeth will not require any treatment, these are as important as permanent ones.
Next Steps
Soft for next few days is very important.

You need to visit a dentist immediately. An IOPAR/ OPG is advisable for investigation and the mobility of the teeth will be assessed before proceeding for the necessary treatment. He would need antibiotics and pain killers for atleast 3 days and diet modification, i.e. a soft diet for the next 5 days.
