Mild segment 90% stenosis
My mother in law had an mild heart attack in last week. Treatment was given to dissolve blood clots. Was under medication for about 1 week. Yesterday angiography was done. Reports says LAD: type III vessel mild segment 90% stenosis. D1: small vessel ostiam plaque. Impression: single vessel disease. Advice: PTCA with stent to LAD.
Is there any need for angioplasty in this case. And what will be the approximate cost for the plasty?
Please advise.

Yes she definitely needs angioplasty as she has 90% block in her main heart artery along with recent heart attack. Cost would be 1.25 to 1.5 lakh
