Possible mild heart attack
43 good health work daily appendectomy 35 yrs ago gall bladder removed 7 years ago. LDL slightly low last blood work everything else normal levels. Today had to push car had problems breathing for almost hour heart rate 105 thirty minutes later. 4 hours later heart rate still approximately 20 beats per minute higher than normal. Normal resting heart rate 45. I’m wondering if could have been mild heart attack

normal resting heart rate for an adult is 60 to 100 beats per minute and 45 beats per minute is too low which is also called as bradycardia so if you have a heart rate of 20 more than that it's probably in the normal range. 105 heart rate is not too high but yes having breathing difficulty for a prolonged period of time after heavy exertion is something to be looked into and for that you should get yourself ECG and echo cardiography done immediately so that we can have an idea whether or not you have any latent heart disease.
