Hi, your sore throat with generalised blisters could be due to an allergic reaction to the supplements you are taking or it could be due to systemic inflammation.
Next Steps
1. stop all medications and watch for a week for the symptoms to subside. 2. If the symptoms still persists kindly get few blood test done , CBP, CRP, thyroid profile. 3. Daily sun exposure for 30 mins is sufficient to provide you the amount of vit d required for your body. 4. Increase your fruit and vegetable intake which will provide you the required vitamins. And also you can consult a nutritionist for dietary guidance so that you will never require any supplements.
Health Tips
Find a doctor who can help you to stay healthy and medicine free. It is easier to prescribe medications but tough to actually work towards gaining health.
