Mild pain in that area
Mild pain and feel something moving when touched there from last few days. Please help... ... ... ..

There are 2 possibilities 1. It could be s slightly swollen salivary gland in that area- during mild infection and viral fever it can become enlarged and painful 2. It could be a lymph node It would be better if some doctor could examine you for similar swellings elsewhere as well
