Mild pain in neck and shoulder
I do light free hand exercise at home. 1 day while doing exercise, I experienced some sprain in neck. It started paining after some time and following 2-3 days I had severe pain. I took some medicines from local medical store and pain reduced but not completely gone. After that I am having mild pain around my neck and shoulder for approx 4 weeks. PS: I continue to do light freehand exercise at home. How can I get full relief from this pain? Do I need to stop exercise?
