If i have a mild fever for the past 24 hrs, will crosin suffice or any ajy anti biotic is also recommended.fever repeats after 6 to 7 hrs

You should continue taking crocin for 2 days more. If still fever is there, you need to consult a doctor and start antibiotics, along with some blood tests

Get cbc...esr...Urine routine done...If your fever is accompanied  with chills to bore also get tested for malaria and dengue...
