Its ok, you can take Dolo 650 for fever. You can also use cold compress in case fever increases.
Also if you get any other symptoms like shortness of breath, bodyache, headache, sore throat, get RTPCR test done. Otherwise keep an eye on your SPO2 level. And in case of Severe Breathing difficulty anytime pls contact your nearest hospital.

Use pcm 500 mg 3 times per day for 3 days and also monitor your spo2 pulse bp and if any other symptom occurs consult your physician or me on practo.
