Mild fever around 99.5since 7 days.
Fever since 7days with mild throat discomfort..taken dolo for 4 days and now meftal forte from last 3 days but fever pattern remain same. No fever in the mrng when i get up. As day passes slight fever whivh fluctuates btn 99-99.5 with slight discomfort in the throat. Taking azithroform 4days, medrol 8mg BD from 2 days, Ivermectin from 1day. No Rt Pcr done but CRP report is 7.6 on 7th day. Please suggest how to go further?

If it is a mild covid infection, medrol is not indicated. I will have to look at detailed reports to evaluate.

STOP Medrol immediately. Steroids suppress ability of body to fight against Bacteria or Virus. You have already started Covid medicines. Continue Ivermectin 12 mg once daily for 5 days. Azithromycin 500 mg twice daily for 5 days. Montec LC tablet once daily at bedtime for 5 days. Paracetamol 650 mg upto 4 times daily as required. Zincovit once daily ,Limcee once daily, DRise60 K once a.week. Drink plenty of warm water. Steem inhalation twice daily. Salt warm water gargles thrice daily Eat only hot food.
