Don't worry it seems like constipation related issues as per your history Passing hard stool or putting more pressure while passing stool may erode the mucosa (inside lining) of anal canal that leads to blood in stool ,sometime pain and in advance case haemorrhoids (piles) 1.start taking adequate roughage day and night 2.Do regular exercise 3.start with isapgol (brand:huskolak)powder 2 tablespoon night time ,if no relief then 2 times day 4.if not getting relief with isapgol ,use liquid parafin(syrup cremmafin) For more details consult in private

No need to worry,this May b due to constipation.Avoid constipation by taking Syp.Looze 15 ml if u experience constipation.

Take probiotic cap Bifilac once a day x 5 days, eat simple food with less spices for a few days. the issue should resolve by itself. If no improvement in 3 days , kindly consult
