Continue with what works for you/has been prescribed to you.
In addition you can take Tab Naprosyn D 500 mg twice daily to ride over the acute crisis.
Avoid direct sunlight (would be probably easy in this lockdown)
Hello,
Migraine headaches become worse in summers to a few. While Migranil EC is a good one there are a few other effective options. Identifying triggers is the key in preventing headaches. A detailed history about onset, duration, frequency and triggers would help in formulating a long term plan
Migraine is a genetic problem which causes episodic headaches. Every patient has their own triggers and maintaining a headache log is one of the most important thing a patient with migraine can do. It helps him or her to keep track of the triggers and frequency and intensity of headache. SOS over the counter Painkillers, rest, deep breathing exercises might help you. But if your headache is persistent then you would have consult a neurologist for proper evaluation and management.
