you are so confused how to mention about your complaints, in that case your job/work must have eating you well. comes to your point now , generally for your stomach complaints and headache is very associated together, stomach complaints and headache comes easily if you change the time of you eat or skip the food.
Next Steps
before taking any tablets kindly arrange your eating time table according to your work , like an example have breakfast before 9. lunch before 2 and dinner before 8pm, and you should avoid the spicy and friend foods for a 10 days.

Hi... Like you have mentioned abt the gastritis & headache....yes we definitely have very good treatment in Homoeopathy....but for suggesting any medicine, we need to know many other details regarding yourself...like your likes & dislikes, your bowel movt, sleep pattern, also abt your Nature/ temperament, etc.....the medicines based on such totality will help you take care of your problems permanently..... Along with Medicines, you must keep a track of your food intake, Avoid oily, fried food, There must be atleast 3hours gap between food eating & going to bed....
Next Steps
Meet a good Homoeopath nearby or we can consult over phone & start our treatment...
