Middle ear problme
Hi i have middle ear problem from last year, hearing got reduced slowly.. consult doctor she suggested for surgery, im not intrested for surgery is there any other way to solve this problem and i have done sinus surgery 4 months back

Hi Sir, Sorry to hear about your problem. It seems that you have got CSOM with tympanic membrane perforation. If there is perforation, it can be closed only by surgery. But for hearing improvement, you can try a hearing aid. Before that you need to do a pure tone audiometry to confirm the hearing loss.
