Please share details of your symptoms? Duration,  relation to meals, do you have constipation,  any alcohol intake? Pain seems to be due to dyspepsia.  Avoid spicy, oily, sugary,  food, take small frequent meals with more of fresh green vegetables,  fruits. Take pappaya regularly, when pain occurs take small quantity of cold milk. Drink more water. Tab pantaprazole 20mg one morning and one evening for 7 days. Tab domperidone 10mg one every 8 hours for 5 days. Continue Gaviscon syp, 5ml every 6 to 8 hours. Get test done for H.pylori infection  and share result.

Hello! Based on your symptoms - pain in the middle chest, gas, bloating, and pain worsening in the evening - this is most likely due to acidity and gas (dyspepsia). You are already taking Sompraz D, Pantocid, and Gaviscon, which are appropriate. However, since the pain still persists, here are a few additional suggestions: Avoid spicy, oily, or heavy meals, especially in the evening. Eat dinner at least 2 to 3 hours before going to bed. Drink warm water after meals. You may also take an antispasmodic tablet like mebeverine or drotaverine for relief from the cramping or pain. If the pain becomes severe, radiates to the arm, or is associated with sweating or breathlessness, please visit a hospital to rule out any cardiac cause. Take care and follow up if symptoms persist.
