I have vit b12 deficiency .. doctor prescribed injection methylcobalamine 1 amp IM (ast) ...what does it mean , should I take this injection in drip or direct by syringe ...he wrote renerve plus injection & it is not available here so can I take any methylcobalamine injection ?? Need both answers ..
