Metformin for pcod
Hello doctor
Is metformin compulsory for pcod. Last month I checked my hba1c and it's 5.8. I decreased weight also from 61kgs to 56kgs. My periods are regular but I am getting 3 to 4 days late than actual date. I am trying for 2nd baby from past 3 months. Last month I had sex from 10th to 17th day. But I didn't conceive. Could you please help me. Thank you.

The only treatment of pcod is to exercise n maintain a healthy bmi
Metformin only helps u reduce weight
Thereby correcting the metabolic imbalance in pcod
To find out the inability to conceive
U need investigations
