Eye floaters and flashes can occur due to vitreous changes, eye strain, or sometimes retinal issues. Allergy or nasal medicines usually do not cause true eye floaters.
Since you are having both floaters and flashes, it is important to rule out retinal problems.
Next Steps
If you notice sudden increase in floaters, flashes, curtain-like shadow, or decreased vision, please go to an eye emergency immediately
