Hey docs...i dono what exactly happnng ... i feel like i m disturbed sometimes i feel like i m mentally ill, overthinking like if i m thinking about one thing continuesly for 2 or 3 dys it stuck in my mind ..feels lods of negativity , suicidal thoughts, loneliness,i was a happiest person .alwyz smiling .lively person but now  seems like i forgt to smile.most of the time i cry alot.nd yes i think this is anxiety..coz heart palpitations,nd shortness of breath at night ...plzz suggest me wat to do..i m very disturbed ..even i dont knw wht i m writting here ...😔with whom should i share what is hppng

It looks like you are having symptoms of depression. It is very much treatable. Whatever u are feeling are all signs of depression. So the next thing u should do is to consult a psychiatrist for further guidance and treatment.
