Iam suffering from mental disturbance from few yrs the brain continously working even nyght also it is working out of my control iam not concentrating anything its effect is more in nyt and mrng iam not getting sleep properly what should i do

do you feel sad exhausted need to consult urgently early morning awakening and feeling unrefresehed is a sign of depression all these can be managed with psychotherapy and need be a few antidepressants

Hello there..... In a normal menstrual cycle, a balance between the hormones estrogen and progesterone regulates the buildup of the lining of the uterus (endometrium), which is shed during menstruation. If a hormone imbalance occurs, mentrual irregularities occurs..... Consult Gynecologist for further evaluation.....
