This cannot be called “ Best SSRI) for compulsion .This is not an academic platform. They all are used, More so Fluoxetine and Sertraline. These are used based on the experience, side effects profile, age of the patient, other drugs used. In addition, psychological interventions are also needed. Mere prescription is not going to help the patient.
