Hi.. i understand it must be distressing and frustrating at the moment. Please know that mental disorder isnt something to be scared of or a reason to isolate oneself. Reading about it , talking about it is bound to cause more confusion and bring a scarier picture of yourself and wondering how severe is my illness or psychological issue. Its really a bold move to come out and talk about your issue
Next Steps
A psychiatrist, clinical psychologist and few counsellors are well trained to understand and help people understand mental disorders in a better and simpler manner. Based upon the severity a treatment plan will be chalked out that pertains to your issues and concern
Health Tips
