Mental degradation
Negativity, depression, panic attacks, low self esteem, unable to focus, fearful nature. Previously was better. No such thing to be sad about but unable to come out of the negative cycle. Thinking too much. Took a quiz while doing a reseaech on my condition and the result said severe anxiety. Not any stupid quiz. It had question which probably I have never discussed with anyone but myself. Live in South Kolkata. Expecting a response.

You must be going through a difficult phase of your life. Depression, anxiety can cause a lot of suffering. Sometimes depression occurs without any obvious stressors in life. This is called endogenous depression. It is due to neurotransmitter imbalances in your brain. However, the good news is that it is a treatable condition. Just like any other illness your illness can be treated with medications. You must consult a psychiatrist.
