Menstrual Cycle
Hello I am 19 year old and i lost 5-7 kg but now I put up 7-8 kg more..my cycle length is very irreguy.. Sometimes it come 10 days early sometimes 13 day late.. As now my cycle date was 19 dec 2021 now it came on 31 January 2022 What are the reasons, What should I do?

You might be having PCOD. Need to do an ultrasound to rule it out. Whatever the reason, loosing 8-10 kgs of weight with diet and 1 hr of exercise will help you to regularise the cycle.
