Menstrual cups n tampon are wonderful
The wetness consequent to the use of a sanitary napkin is avoided
But in case of a menstrual cup caution must be used in using nn maintaining hygiene
So the best between the 3 wud be a personal choice

Menstrual cup use involves lot of discipline. Used properly it doesn't cause increased incidence of infection.
Easiest and safest method to use is pads. Tampons and menstrual cups need additional care and if not used properly there are chances of infection
