Menstrual bleeding
I am a female,25 i have my menses going around for 23 days and tried tranexamic acid but the bleeding hasn't stopped.
I have a history of irregular/prolonged periods since the menarche.

Bleeding more than 7 days is not normal
tranexeminic acid will only reduce the flow not stop it
