Having heavy bleeding and pain during menstrual cycles and also frequent cycles of 15days gap .have been diagnosed to have adenomyosis and told no treatment required But bleeding is heavy and continues for 10 days

Hi there, Adenomyosis is a uterus problem in which uterus wall thickens and bleeding and pain is more. If it's managed by medication then no further treatment required. Take tab texid 500 mg thrice a day. You can increase it to 1 gm thrice depending upon the bleeding. Take the medicine till it gets controlled. If you see no effect within three days let me know.
