Sudden change in menstrual cycle
36 yrs old with endometriosis, but regular 28 day cycles for over a decade. Had a terrible bout of pain (most likely cyst rupture) in June, then cycle changed to 21 days....for three months. Returned to 28 days for one month, now back to 21 days. Also have CIN1. I know 21 days is still within normal range, but it is causing concern. Is this an indication that another surgery is needed? Not taking any hormonal therapy to cause the change.
